Firstly, it's incredibly inclusive. The trail walk is easy and suitable for beginners. You'll feel completely immersed in nature, even though we're only 4km from the city.
Secondly, this intentional walk is woven with awareness practices that studies have shown can have significant benefits for mental wellbeing, particularly in quieting an overactive mind and restoring mental clarity.
