Let me clarify a thing or two about Hiking Therapy, because I truly believe everyone can benefit from this experience.

Firstly, it's incredibly inclusive. The trail walk is easy and suitable for beginners. You'll feel completely immersed in nature, even though we're only 4km from the city.

Secondly, this intentional walk is woven with awareness practices that studies have shown can have significant benefits for mental wellbeing, particularly in quieting an overactive mind and restoring mental clarity.

specialises in these therapeutic practices and will guide you through four carefully designed exercises throughout the walk to help you slow down, reconnect, and gain clarity.

If you ever feel overwhelmed, with constant thoughts racing through your mind, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and find clarity.

Join our Hiking Therapy event, a beginner-friendly and inclusive experience where no prior hiking or therapy experience is required. Simply arrive with an open mind, and we'll guide you through a series of mindful walking practices.

Led by Hike Tribe in partnership with the therapist Jo Woods , they will gently guide participants through evidence-based practices designed to reduce stress, calm the mind, and create space for your thoughts.
