Daffodil International University (DIU) Library organized “Best Library User Award, Spring & Summer 2026” on 13 May. Professor Dr. Mohammed Masum Iqbal Pro-Vice Chancellor of the Daffodil International University (DIU) was the chief guest and Professor Dr. Jayanti Rani Basak, Department of Information Science and Library Management, University of Rajshahi was the guest of honor in this event. Also, Librarian, Deans and heads of different faculty presece this program and handed over the crests, certificates and gifts to best 40 library users. The high official DIU and the invited guests appreciated such kind of initiative from the library for encouraging to the library users. See less

Daffodil International University (DIU) Library has recently setup carrel desk in faculty and admin zone to facilitated faculty members and admin officials for more attentive study and research in the DIU library. Professor Dr. Mohammed Masum Iqbal Pro-Vice Chancellor of the Daffodil International University (DIU) along with Librarian, Registrar, Dean and head inaugurated these new facilities. They appreciated the new addition of service to the DIU library.

Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET) Library members and Library Development Committee Members visited Daffodil International University (DIU) Library. DIU librarian Dr. Md. Milan Khan briefed them about the library automation, online library services. Later on, Dr. Kham showed different sections of the library and the documentary. They are very much fascinated about the library and the activities. After the library visit the DUET officials joined in a DIU campus tour.
