Intelligence House Ltd. is pleased to announce two new projects within Rohit Rental Living Stadium Yards community in Edmonton, further expanding our involvement in one of the city’s most dynamic rental developments.

Our team has been engaged to provide research and leasing management services for Lewis Block at Stadium Yards, a newly launched 227-unit purpose-built rental community that represents the next phase of growth within the Stadium Yards district. As the project enters the market, our focus will be on supporting leasing performance, resident acquisition, and long-term stabilization.

In addition, Intelligence House has been retained to support Dauk Commons at Stadium Yards, a 247-unit rental project, with a mandate focused on improving leasing performance, reducing turnover, and returning the community to stabilized occupancy.

For the past 6 months, Jackson has provided support to the Research Team developing unique insights for clients as they navigate new developments.

Outside of work, Jackson stays active in the Calgary community as a volleyball player. At home, he spends time with his wife, Sabrina, and their dog, Denver, or keeping up with the latest anime or at friends’ gatherings.
