The Fiji Business Excellence Awards (FBEA) Secretariat conducted a presentation today for the Ministry of Multi-Ethnic Affairs, Culture, Heritage and Arts, one of several government ministries that have shown interest in the FBEA.
The session covered the FBEA Model, benefits of the FBEA, its core values and capacity-building programmes offered by the Secretariat.
The discussion also included opportunities for Ministry staff to participate in the FBEA evaluation process and how the Ministry can begin preparing for the next FBEA cycle.
The presentation was led by Mr. Utiko Nabunobuno, Quality Services Officer – FBEA, with support from the FBEA Secretariat team.
The Secretariat thanks Mr. Harmit Singh, Manager Human Resources, for the invitation, and the Ministry’s management and staff for their warm welcome and participation.
