Members of the Parish Council will be in attendance in front of the Pavilion at the Big Alderholt Fete THIS SATURDAY, when you can discuss any concerns or ask questions. You will find us near the AED on the right-hand side, at the end nearest the Sports & Social Club.

DORSET ELECTORAL REVIEW

A public consultation has been launched to help shape new Council wards for Dorset and the Local Government Boundary Commission would like to hear residents views. The deadline for comments is 1st June 2026. Have your say on our village.

-Ringwood Road-
The Parish Council were approached over speeding concerns on the Ringwood Road. At our March meeting, members agreed to submit a request to Dorset Council Highways for speeding tubes to be placed on Ringwood Road to assist in evidencing the issue of speeding and depending on the results to then discuss any further actions to take. We have been advised that Kent Lane is not accessible today via Churchfield Lane. If you are heading to Ringwood or further afield, you will need to use Alderholt Road through Somerley or head out through Fordingbridge
