β¨ Gratitude has the power to change the way we see the world.
When we focus on what we already have rather than what is missing, we begin to notice more joy, more opportunities, and more reasons to smile. Research shows that practising gratitude can improve wellbeing, reduce stress, and help us build a more positive outlook on life.
That is why we created our Gratitude Journal β a simple tool designed to help you pause, reflect, and appreciate the good things that are already part of your everyday life. π
By purchasing a Gratitude Journal, you are not only investing in your own wellbeing, but also supporting the work of Outside The Box β Creative Thinking Space. Every journal sold helps us continue delivering creative, empowering, and inspiring workshops for our community, and allows us to develop even more activities and opportunities for local people.
A small daily habit can make a big difference β both for you and for others.
Thank you for being part of our journey and for helping us create more spaces where creativity, connection, and personal growth can flourish. π±β¨

At our Monday Female Inspirations sessions, creativity is about so much more than making art!
Itβs about building confidence, trying new things, and giving ourselves permission to enjoy the process.
Just as not every page we create has to be perfect, neither does every day in our lives. Some days we flourish, some days we learn, and some days we simply keep going. What matters is that we keep showing up, expressing ourselves, and embracing the journey.
Female Inspirations provides a welcoming space for women to explore their creativity, connect with others, and discover that there is beauty in progress, not just perfection.
Why not come along and join us? We meet every Monday(excluding school holidays) from 9:30amβ11:30am. New members are always welcome.

β¨ Yesterday, we held another Female Inspirations session, and once again we had the opportunity to experience something new. β¨
This time, we created a shared artwork exploring the question:
What does Female Inspirations mean to me?
What made this activity especially unique was the way we created it. We used both hands simultaneously, engaging both hemispheres of the brain and allowing ourselves to step outside our usual patterns of thinking and creating.
The experience reminded us that creativity is not about perfection. Sometimes it is about trusting the process, letting go of control, and allowing ourselves to explore without judgment.
π Activities that engage both sides of the brain can support creativity, concentration, coordination, mindfulness, and stress reduction. Most importantly, they offer a wonderful opportunity to play, connect, and discover new possibilities within ourselves.
Thank you to all the amazing women who joined us and contributed their energy, openness, and creativity to the session. Together, we created something truly meaningful. β¨

When was the last time you allowed yourself to play just for the joy of it?
Play is often associated with childhood, but in reality, it is something we need throughout our lives. It helps us reduce stress, boost creativity, strengthen relationships, and improve our overall wellbeing. In fact, the United Nations established 11 June as the International Day of Play to highlight the importance of play for people of all ages.
At OUTSIDE THE BOX β Creative Thinking Space, we believe that creativity and play are not luxuries β they are essential ingredients for a healthy, balanced life. Whether itβs painting, drawing, creating, laughing, exploring new ideas, or simply allowing yourself to be curious, playful moments help us reconnect with ourselves and others.
Today, we invite you to make time for play. For example you can join Move and Groove seated dance session.
β¨ Try something creative. β¨ Doodle without a purpose. β¨ Dance to your favourite song. β¨ Build, paint, imagine, explore. β¨ Give yourself permission to have fun.
Because wellbeing grows when we create, connect, and play.
Happy International Day of Play! π
