Meet Jon 👋 Our Inclusion Champion.

Living with dyslexia and social anxiety, Jon has built a career on curiosity and asking for support in the way that works for him. He also now helps employers understand how to better support people at their workplace too.

When Jon joined Ingeus, he was open about what adjustments he needed, like using tech to support written work, and Ingeus worked with him to make him comfortable and feel seen 🌟🌟🌟

Those small changes made a big difference. Not just in building his confidence, but in helping him thrive. Beyond his role, Jon is also part of our LGBTQIA+ employee network, where he connects with colleagues, learns from others, and continues to champion inclusion in all its forms 🌈

This , we’re celebrating people like Jon and the power of doing things your own way and respecting that people may need support to do things differently.

Our team came together for a celebration of culture, alongside Eid al-Adha, that was full of colour, connection and (of course) amazing food 👀✨

Colleagues shared their heritage by wearing traditional attire and bringing dishes that mean something to them. Creating a space to learn, celebrate and appreciate each other’s cultures.

Moments like this really matter. They bring people together, spark conversations, and remind us of the richness of the communities we’re part of 🌍

This is the kind of positivity we love to see and share 💛

“I learned that I’m not my past.”

This , we’re sharing Dave’s story of living with a long-term health condition, managing his mental health, and navigating the impact of his past.

After years of struggling with addiction, poor mental health and feeling stuck, Dave was referred to our personal wellbeing service, part of the Commissioned Rehabilitative Services. What followed was a journey of reflection and rebuilding his life.

Now? He’s a peer mentor. Helping others through the same challenges he once faced.

And today, the thing he’s most proud of? Being someone his son can look up to 💛👉 Take a moment to read his story - it’s an inspiring one https://ow.ly/wNjB50Z9Quk

❤️‍🩹 This , we caught up with one of our Health Trainers, Marc, who supports people on probation in Leicester to access health services, attend appointments and rebuild confidence in their wellbeing.

In his blog, Marc shares something simple but powerful: how connection can make all the difference to our health.

Whether it’s having a supportive conversation or getting out for a kickabout, or meet up, with friends, like Marc does, it’s those moments of connection that help people feel less alone and support their overall health and wellbeing.

Look at what our teams have been getting up to this

Across the country, colleagues have been out in their communities lending a hand - giving their time to support causes that really matter to them.

It’s always amazing to see the difference a few hours can make - not just to the communities we support, but to our teams too 🌱

👏 Well done to everyone who’s taken part.
💼 If you’re looking for a role where making a difference goes beyond the day job, we’d love to hear from you https://ow.ly/L3Yc50Z7WhW

👏 A lot can happen in just a couple of months. Just ask Kim Moss, Head of Delivery for Connect to Work (CTW) in North Yorkshire.

In her latest blog, Kim shares how Connect to Work is already making a difference, supporting people into employment just two months in.

🌟 The key?
Meeting people where they are, building local trust and connecting them with the right support.

From community hubs and GP surgeries to partnerships with charities and local organisations, it’s all about creating a network of support that genuinely works for people.

And for employers, it’s a chance to connect with new talent and be part of something that’s helping people move forward 🌱
