Three years ago, Al-Ayn opened the doors to the Hikayati Centre in Najaf, Iraq - a groundbreaking purpose-built centre dedicated to supporting the psychological wellbeing of orphaned children and young people.

Opened exactly 20 years after the start of the war in Iraq, Hikayati stands as a promise of hope for children growing up in the aftermath of conflict and hardship.

Through specialist care, psychological rehabilitation, and long-term support, the centre continues to help vulnerable children build resilience, confidence, and a stronger future.
