Trans rights are human rights π³οΈββ§οΈ Pride Month is here. Be proud, be loud and celebrate π
Pride is a celebration of identity, love, and the diversity within the LGBTQ+ community, but it's also a time of remembrance and activism. It honours those who came before, activists who risked their lives and livelihoods to demand basic human rights and acknowledges those still fighting for equality today.
While significant progress has been made in many parts of the world, including marriage equality, anti-discrimination protections, and greater social acceptance, LGBTQ+ people continue to face challenges including violence, discrimination, legal persecution, and barriers to healthcare, particularly transgender individuals.
Let us continue our fight for equality. Happy Pride Month, June 2026 ππ³οΈβπ

The Network was honoured to have attended the wonderful opening of the Rainbow Quarter! ππ
Hearing Nana Arthole, Marilyn Sane, CJ De Barra, Leigh Ellis, and Sam Harvey speak at the event was deeply inspiring. Nottingham is so lucky to have so many people working hard to make this city a safe and welcoming space for the community, and I know we at the Network are proud to be here with you all.
A theme that came back many times was the celebration and highlighting of q***r joy, and that is a sentiment we wholeheartedly share, and something that shines brightly out of every picture taken at the event.
We absolutely cannot wait to see everything unfold for the new Rainbow Quarter!

There is a new social group in Nottingham! π
Man Club is a space for trans male, trans masculine, and masculine spectrum non binary people to meet, network, skill share and decompress in a freeform and non-hierarchical environment.
The group meets monthly, on the last Wednesday of every month, from 7 PM until 9 PM in the Studio Space at the Carousel in Nottingham. The venue is fully accessible and there are gender neutral toilets available.
Sessions are laidback and activities are member dictated and lead - this is a space to seek solidarity and support!
If you have any questions about Man Club, please feel free to reach out to the organiser: [email protected].
