PUBLIC NOTICE

The State Housing Company Limited (SHC) hereby issues a final notice to all persons and entities unlawfully occupying or developing SHC lands and properties across the country.

Following a nationwide land audit, significant encroachment has been identified. All affected individuals are required to cease development immediately and report to any SHC office within 21 days for verification and possible regularization.

Failure to comply will result in:
✔ Legal action
✔ Demolition of unauthorized structures
✔ Recovery of lands
✔ Enforcement in collaboration with state security agencies

Unauthorized occupation of State lands is a criminal offense under Ghanaian law.

The public is strongly advised to verify all land transactions directly with SHC before making any commitments. SHC will not be liable for losses from dealings with unauthorized persons.
