SYM is not a medical service or suicide prevention helpline. If you are feeling suicidal, we would suggest you immediately call up a suicide prevention helpline – ex. SYM is not a counselling service in itself, we do have counsellors and experts from different domains of well-being, however, they provide independent service and their programs and therapies are not controlled or managed by us.
