*✈️ Shaping the future of Indian women in Aviation*

Applications are now open for *Giving Wings to Fly, a fully supported pilot training programme by IndiGoReach, the CSR arm of IndiGo, and implemented by BharatCares.*

The initiative aims to empower young women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds to pursue a career as Commercial Pilots and build a more diverse and inclusive aviation workforce.

*Eligibility Criteria:*
✅ Female Indian citizen aged 18–35 years.
✅ Class 12 with English, Physics, and Mathematics.
✅ Minimum 51% marks in each of the three subjects.
✅Must belong to an economically disadvantaged household with income that meets the prevailing EWS criteria of GOI.
