We are over 3000 professional tourist guides across the India. 'Regional Level Guides' Associations of different cities/regions came together in 1996 and decided to form a National Organisation that collectively represents the interests of the Government of India Approved Tourist Guides. Thus was born the Tourist Guides Federation of India (TGFI).
