Students at Government Polytechnic Institutes in Supaul, Motihari, Araria, Saharsa and Asthawan (Nalanda) are enhancing their communication skills through Language Labs established on campus.

In addition to English, students are learning French, German and Japanese, helping them prepare for opportunities in higher education, industry and the global workforce.

These Language Labs are designed to strengthen students’ confidence, communication abilities and employability in an increasingly interconnected world.

विज्ञान, प्रावैधिकी एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के अंतर्गत संचालित राजकीय अभियंत्रण महाविद्यालय, सिवान में मैटलैब विषय पर राष्ट्रीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई। मैटलैब एक सॉफ्टवेयर टूल है, जिसका उपयोग गणितीय मॉडलिंग, डेटा विश्लेषण और एल्गोरिदम विकास के लिए किया जाता है। मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को विधा-विशेषज्ञ द्वारा व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान किया गया।

Government Engineering College, Siwan organised a national workshop on MATLAB, providing students with valuable exposure to one of the most widely used software platforms in engineering and research.

During the workshop, subject experts introduced students to mathematical modelling, data analysis and algorithm development through practical demonstrations and hands-on learning sessions.

विज्ञान, प्रावैधिकी एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के अंतर्गत संचालित राजकीय पॉलिटेकनिक संस्थान, मधेपुरा में मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं के हित में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता सत्र आयोजित किया गया। ब्रह्म कुमारी संस्थान के प्रतिनिधियों ने तनाव प्रबंधन, घबराहट से मुक्ति के गुर सिखाए। साथ ही, सकारात्मक सोच अपनाने पर विशेष बल दिया। इस प्रकार के कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन ''नई उम्मीद : A Better Tomorrow'' अभियान के तहत होता है।

Government Polytechnic Institute, Madhepura organised a mental health awareness session under the Nayi Umeed: A Better Tomorrow initiative.

Representatives from the Brahma Kumaris shared valuable insights on stress management, overcoming anxiety and maintaining a positive outlook towards life.

विज्ञान, प्रावैधिकी एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा विभाग, बिहार सरकार के अंतर्गत संचालित राजकीय अभियंत्रण महाविद्यालय, शिवहर में ऑनलाइन प्रतियोगिता "मिस्ट्री स्टार्टअप चैलेंज" का सफल आयोजन किया गया। स्टार्टअप सेल द्वारा इस प्रतियोगिता का उद्देश्य सीमित समय और कठिन परिस्थितियों में छात्रों की रचनात्मक और उद्यमशीलता क्षमताओं को परखना था। कुल 9 टीमों (प्रत्येक ग्रुप में 2 सदस्य) ने लाइव पिचिंग राउंड के लिए क्वालीफाई किया। लाइव ऑनलाइन सत्र में लगभग 30 छात्रों और संकाय सदस्यों की सक्रिय उपस्थिति रही। इसमें 7 मिनट की प्रस्तुति और उसके बाद 3 मिनट का प्रश्नोत्तर सत्र था।

Government Engineering College, Sheohar successfully organised the online Mystery Startup Challenge under the guidance of its Startup Cell.

A total of 9 teams qualified for the live pitching round, where participants presented their startup ideas and answered questions from the panel during a dedicated Q&A session.

Such initiatives help students strengthen their innovation, communication and problem-solving skills while nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs.
