Taylor’s Library will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, 1st June 2026 to 2nd June 2026, in conjunction with the Official Birthday of Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong XVII.

Taylor's Clinical School study spaces remain available from 8am to 9pm.

The library will resume normal operation hours on Wednesday, 3rd June 2026.

Library Briefing and Tour from School of General Studies and Languages, IEN Students

On 21 May 2026, the Liaison Librarians hosted a briefing and tour for 47 students and two staff at the library, introducing them to our facilities, services, and resources.

Library Tour and Facilities Visit: Lambung Mangkurat University

​The Library was delighted to host a library tour and facilities visit for delegates from Lambung Mangkurat University on 15 May 2026 at 4.00 p.m. During the visit, the Librarian, Ms. Arni Sarnira Alwi, guided the guests through our various learning spaces and facilities, while fostering knowledge-sharing on the library resources and services that empower teaching, learning, and research.

Facilities Visit by Staff from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS)

On 14 May 2026 at 10.50 a.m., the Library had the pleasure of welcoming staff from Bina Nusantara University (BINUS) for a library tour and facilities visit session. The session was conducted by the Librarian, Ms. Arni Sarnira Alwi, who introduced the delegates to the library facilities and learning spaces, while also sharing brief information on the library services and resources that support teaching, learning, and research activities.

Accreditation Visit for the Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (Honours)

The Full Accreditation visit for the Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (Honours) programme was held on 7 May 2026 at 12.00 p.m. The session commenced with the librarian, Ms. Arni Sarnira Alwi, welcoming the auditors, followed by a brief introduction to the library.

During the visit, the auditors were given an overview of the library’s facilities, services, and available resources, with particular emphasis on e-journals, online databases, and e-books that support the teaching and learning needs of students in the programme

Accreditation Visit for Bachelor of Actuarial Studies (Honours)

The Full Accreditation visit for the Bachelor of Actuarial Studies (Honours) programme was conducted on 30 April 2026 at 12.45 p.m. The session began with a warm welcome by the librarian, Arni Sarnira Alwi, who also led the library tour for the visiting auditors. During the visit, the auditors were introduced to the library’s background, facilities, services, and the wide range of resources available in supporting teaching and learning activities for students enrolled in the programme.
