Early hours of yesterday being Saturday two women were caught disposing waste refuses into the street gutter of upper odozi off TJunction mariere by Taskforce 001 on environment and sanitation.They were mandated to clear the whole gutter and was fine over their unhealthy and unlawful act .We are using this media to reach out to ika south residents and as well warning them to stop this unlawful act .
