3 out of 4 of my interviewees should up today.

1 was a no call on show.

They were all 3 great.

Now, I wait on background checks to come back and then a 2nd interview will be scheduled.

And hopefully, I will have a front end person so I can focus on my duties.

I will be so glad to have a CO worker again.

When a woman says, "Are you man enough to handle me?" I immediately wonder...

Handle what exactly?

A relationship isn't supposed to be about "handling" another adult. If someone needs to be handled, managed, tolerated, or survived, that sounds less like a personality trait and more like a problem.

Being confident, independent, and outspoken is one thing.

Expecting someone to put up with chaos, drama, disrespect, or constant conflict is another.

Maybe instead of asking if someone is man enough to handle you, ask yourself why you think you need handling in the first place.

Just my opinion. 🤷‍♀️
