PLANTING TODAY FOR A GREENER TOMORROW

In commemoration of World Environment Day 2026, the Executive Chairman of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government, Prince Lanre Sanusi, joined the Supervisor for Environment, Hon. Ibrahim Balogun, the Special Adviser on Drainage and Waste Management, and officials of the Environmental Department in a tree-planting exercise aimed at promoting a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable environment.

The exercise reflects the administration’s commitment to environmental conservation, climate resilience, and community well-being. Residents were encouraged to support efforts geared towards keeping Amuwo-Odofin clean and environmentally friendly.
