Saroj Kumar Mahato is a practitioner of governance, with experience in supporting local governments in Nepal to strengthen their institutional systems. His areas of expertise include supporting the annual planning and budgeting process, periodic planning, and preparing and implementing local laws. Saroj is a law, business studies, and management graduate who has worked closely with elected representatives and government officials to promote transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in local governance processes.

Ajay Yadav is passionate about youth, education, and inclusive development. He holds a degree in Development Studies from National College, Kathmandu University, and is the co-founder of Youthive Nepal, a social enterprise that promotes entrepreneurial education in Nepal.
With years of experience in youth engagement, Ajay has actively contributed through Rotaract, serving as the President of the Rotaract Club of Kathmandu and representing the organization on global platforms such as UNESCO and the World Bank. He is also a member of the United States Embassy Youth Council.
Driven by a vision of a world where humanity thrives, Ajay is committed to advancing education as a means to achieve this goal. In his free time, he enjoys meditation, walking, and listening to podcasts. With an entrepreneurial spirit, he believes in the power of possibility and embraces the philosophy of taking one step at a time.

Supriya Adhikari is a law student at Nepal Law Campus and a committed youth leader driven by a strong sense of justice and public responsibility. From an early age, she has been vocal against injustice and deeply interested in law-making, policy, and ethical governance as tools for social change.

She is involved with the Amnesty International Nepal, Nepal Red Cross Society, Leo Club, and Interact Club contributing to social service, human rights advocacy, and community-focused initiatives. Her civic engagement reflects her belief that leadership must be grounded in empathy, action, and integrity.

Alongside her legal and civic work, Supriya is a passionate dancer and creative contributor, actively involved with Aesthetic Dance Studio and serving as a creative director in various programs. Aspiring to work in international relations and cultural diplomacy, she brings a rare blend of legal insight, creativity, and courage.

As the Co-Convenor of Youth Civic Launchpad, Supriya strengthens the platform’s youth-centric approach to civic leadership and policymaking, embodying the values of justice, creativity, and purposeful action.
