لأنَّ مسيرة التحول الرقمي تحتاج قيادات قادرة على توحيد الجهود وتحقيق الأثر، عقدت وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات ضمن برنامج "ارتقاء" حلقة مُخصَّصة لفئة رؤساء فرق التحول الرقمي تحت عنوان "تنفيذ الإستراتيجية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة في التحول الرقمي"، والتي تهدف إلى تعزيز قدرات المشاركين في تنفيذ إستراتيجيات التحول الرقمي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة بفاعلية؛ بما يُسهم في تحقيق مخرجات مستدامة وتعظيم أثر المبادرات الرقمية.

Because digital transformation requires leaders who align efforts and deliver impact, the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology held an Ertiqaa workshop for Heads of Digital Transformation Teams titled “Strategy Implementation and Stakeholder Management in Digital Transformation”.
The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ capabilities in implementing digital transformation strategies and managing stakeholders effectively, contributing to sustainable outcomes and maximising the impact of digital initiatives.

تواصل وزارة النقل والاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات تنفيذ برنامج "ارتقاء" لتمكين الكفاءات الوطنية ورفع جاهزيتها لقيادة التحول الرقمي. وفي هذا الإطار، نظَّمت الوزارة حلقة عمل بعنوان "تحليل البيانات وتقنيات السرد القصصي" ضمن مسار القيادات التنفيذية؛ ركَّزت على تعزيز القدرة على قراءة البيانات وتحويلها إلى رؤى إستراتيجية داعمة لصناعة القرار، وتوظيف السرد القصصي لعرض النتائج بفاعلية ترتقي بالتواصل المؤسسي.

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology continues to implement the "Ertiqa" programme to empower national talent and enhance its readiness to lead digital transformation. In this context, the Ministry organised a workshop titled "Data Analysis and Storytelling Techniques" as part of the Executive Leadership track. The workshop focused on strengthening participants' ability to interpret data and transform it into strategic insights that support decision-making, while leveraging storytelling techniques to communicate outcomes effectively and enhance institutional communication.

The initiative aims to advance digital transformation from a strategic leadership perspective, accelerating the achievement of national priorities, strengthening institutional alignment with the objectives of Oman Vision 2040, and driving integrated governance and sustainable national impact.
