Conducted a final compliance visit to beneficiaries/occupants with outstanding arrears to discuss the settlement of unpaid obligations and remind them of their responsibilities under the Occupancy Agreement. The activity aimed to encourage compliance with payment terms, address concerns affecting account settlement, and ensure adherence to the policies and conditions governing occupancy within the Southville 5A housing project.

The National Housing Authority, in coordination with the Local Government Unit of Calamba, provided and distributed assistance under the Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) to families affected by the fire incident in Barangay San Juan.

The NHA Team successfully distributed housing assistance to 14 affected families in Calamba, helping support their immediate housing and recovery needs following the incident.
