June is Menβs Mental Health Month π
A reminder that strength is not staying silent.
Men feel deeply too.
Men struggle too.
And men deserve support, rest, and spaces where they can speak freely.
You donβt have to carry everything alone.

βThe strongest people are not those who show strength in front of the world but those who fight and win battles that others do not know anything about.β
-Jonathan Harnisch
Strength isnβt always visible.
Some of the hardest battles are fought quietly, behind smiles and everyday routines.
If youβre still standing, still trying, and still moving forward thatβs real strength.ππ€

Yoga is more than movement itβs a gentle way to care for your mind and emotions. π§β¨
Practicing yoga can help improve focus and concentration, making it easier to stay present in your daily life. It encourages mindfulness, helping you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Yoga can also support better sleep quality, calm anxious thoughts, and ease feelings of stress or emotional heaviness. Even a few quiet moments on the mat can bring comfort, clarity, and balance to your mental health journey.
Take a deep breath. Stretch with intention. Heal one moment at a time. π€π

The City Government of Caloocan City formally opened the Caloocan Calm Space today, May 11, 2026, at the 5th Floor of Caloocan City Hall South through a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Mayor Dale Gonzalo βAlongβ Malapitan together with his wife and mental health advocate, Mrs. Aubrey Malapitan.
The newly inaugurated Calm Space serves as a safe and welcoming environment dedicated to promoting mental wellness, emotional support, and self-care for the people of Caloocan. Designed to provide comfort and peace of mind, the facility reflects the city governmentβs continued commitment to creating programs that prioritize not only physical health, but also the mental and emotional well-being of every Batang Kankaloo.
During the ceremony, Mayor Along emphasized the importance of building a community where mental health is openly recognized, understood, and supported. He shared that the establishment of the Calm Space is part of the cityβs broader effort to provide accessible and compassionate services for residents who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or emotional challenges.
Mrs. Aubrey Malapitan, a known advocate for mental health awareness, also expressed her support for initiatives that encourage healing, understanding, and emotional resilience. She highlighted the importance of creating spaces where individuals can feel safe, heard, and cared for without fear of stigma or judgment.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony and blessing marked a meaningful milestone in strengthening mental health awareness in the city. Through the Caloocan Calm Space, the local government hopes to foster a culture of empathy, support, and inclusivity; reminding every resident that mental health matters and that no one has to face their struggles alone.
