The Department of the Interior and Local Government Cavite headed by OIC-Provincial Director Marcial A. Juangco, successfully conducted its 2nd Provincial Team Conference on April 16, 2026 at Royale Tagaytay, Municipality of Alfonso, Cavite bringing together leaders and personnel in a shared commitment to stronger, more responsive local governance.

The conference was graced by the presence of the Regional Director of DILG IV-A CALABARZON, Dir. Ariel O. Iglesia, CESO III and Provincial Director Danilo A. Nobleza, whose guidance continues to inspire the DILG Cavite family in advancing excellence in public service.

A heartfelt highlight of the activity was the tribute to a dedicated Field Officer, CLGOO Norma V. Corpuz, who, after 42 years of unwavering service, now takes a well-deserved step toward retirement. Her legacy stands as a testament to commitment, integrity, and true public service.

In the same spirit of recognizing exemplary performance, DILG Cavite proudly launched the “Galing Kabitenyo: Pagkilala sa mga Natatanging Kawani ng DILG Cavite”, the official awards and incentives program that champions excellence, innovation, and professionalism among personnel, in support of the PRAISE Program of DILG CALABARZON.
