As a personal initiative of Board Member Paz A. Rozgoni, in partnership with Terania Medical Clinic, “Operation: Libreng Tuli sa Septimo Distrito” is proudly launched as a free medical initiative aimed at promoting proper hygiene, health, and wellness among the young constituents of the 7th District of the Province of Cebu.

This district-wide program targets to serve up to twenty (20) beneficiaries per municipality across the 7th District of the Province of Cebu.

The FIRST BATCH of operations will be conducted tomorrow, MAY 23, 2026 (SATURDAY), starting at 8:00 AM, at TERANIA MEDICAL CLINIC, Poblacion West, Moalboal, Cebu, for beneficiaries from the municipalities of Dumanjug, Ronda, Alcantara, Moalboal, and Badian.

Operations for the municipalities of Alegria, Malabuyoc, and Ginatilan shall be announced on a later date (TBA).

𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗘𝗗 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
• Not more than 10 years old
• Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• First come, first served basis
• Child must already be physically ready for circumcision, particularly with the fo****in already fully retractable for a safer and easier procedure
• Child must be mentally and emotionally willing and prepared for the operation

Cebu Provincial Capitol Flag Ceremony

Together with Governor Pamela Baricuatro, Vice Governor Glenn Soco, and the distinguished members of the 17th Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Board Member LingLing Rozgoni took part in today’s Flag-Raising Ceremony at the Cebu Provincial Capitol.

The ceremony reflected the shared commitment of Cebu’s provincial leaders to uphold good governance, unity, and dedicated public service for every Cebuano as the province begins another productive week.

Board Member Paz Rozgoni, Chairman of the Committee on Arts and Culture, convened a Committee Hearing today at the Vice Governor’s Conference Room for the review of the Draft Cebu Provincial Cultural Heritage Ordinance of 2026.

The hearing was attended by mayors, vice mayors, councilors from component LGUs, committee members, department heads, and representatives from various cultural and heritage sectors.

The gathering aims to further refine and strengthen the proposed ordinance to ensure the preservation, protection, and promotion of Cebu’s rich cultural heritage for future generations.

Cebu Provincial Capitol Flag Ceremony

Board Member LingLing Rozgoni joined the honorable members of the 17th Sangguniang Panlalawigan during today’s Flag-Raising Ceremony held at the Cebu Provincial Capitol, marking the beginning of another week dedicated to public service and responsible governance.

The ceremony served as a meaningful reminder of the shared responsibility carried by the province’s leaders in advancing programs and initiatives that uplift the lives of every Cebuano. United in purpose and guided by a commitment to excellence in governance, the gathering reflected the continued dedication of Cebu’s public officials to serve with integrity, accountability, and compassion.

More than a regular Monday tradition, the flag ceremony symbolized a renewed commitment to strengthen unity among government leaders and employees while fostering a culture of service, collaboration, and progress within the Province of Cebu.

As a new week begins, the provincial government remains steadfast in pursuing initiatives that promote inclusive development, responsive leadership, and sustainable growth—working together toward a stronger, empowered, and more progressive Cebu for all.

Led by Board Member Paz Lingling Rozgoni, The Technical Working Group once again met for a meeting on the Rehabilitation and Maintenance of the Legislative Building, led by Board Member Rozgoni. The discussion focused on key plans and collaborative efforts to ensure the proper restoration and continued upkeep of this important government structure.

The meeting was also attended by the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Atty. Pulchra Marie Aceveda, strengthening the commitment of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to safeguard and maintain the integrity of the Legislative Building for future generations.
