In solidarity with the communities affected by the recent earthquake in Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental, VMSA–IVSA is joining 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗢𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝗮𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘆 in extending assistance to families in need.

We are accepting both 𝙞𝙣-𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙 and 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 to support ongoing relief efforts. Every contribution, no matter the size, can help provide comfort, sustenance, and hope to those recovering from this disaster.

Our hearts go out to the people of Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental. 💔

The devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck yesterday, June 8, has left families grieving, injured, homeless, and in urgent need of help. Homes were destroyed, lives were shaken, and many of our fellow Mindanaoans are now struggling to recover from this tragedy.

In times like this, we are reminded that true service is not measured by words, but by how we come together for those in need.

We, JCI Chinatown Davao stands in solidarity with the whole JCI Davao Region in supporting this humanitarian cause spearheaded by JCI Greater Davao, Inc. As co-hosts of this relief initiative, we humbly knock on your hearts to extend any form of help for our kababayans affected by the earthquake.

We are currently accepting in-kind donations for immediate needs such as:

Due to the unexpected weather conditions during our May 19 Open Play, only 30+ players were accommodated. To give everyone the complete experience they signed up for, we will be continuing and rescheduling the remaining players for The Paddle Project Open Play: Part 2 🔥
