📢 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗠𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗫

Pursuant to Resolution No. 2026-404, the updated provisional fare matrix for Trimobiles-for-Hire operating within the territorial jurisdiction of Iriga City shall take effect on 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟴, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

🛺 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲: ₱18.00 (First 2 Kilometers)
🛺 𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗲: ₱3.00 for every succeeding kilometer

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦:
1️⃣ If a driver charges more than the authorized fare, please report it immediately to the Trimobile Franchising Unit (TRIFU). Kindly take note of the tricycle's body number.

2️⃣ Fare matrices must be clearly posted inside the trimobile. If no fare matrix is displayed, please report it to TRIFU.

3️⃣ Overloading is strictly prohibited. Drivers must observe the prescribed number of passengers and should not charge more than the authorized fare.

We encourage everyone to be informed of the updated fare rates and help ensure compliance for the safety and welfare of both passengers and drivers.

Please be informed that the implementation of SP Resolution No. 2026-404 shall commence on Monday, 8 June 2026.

The scheduled implementation is intended to ensure the smooth, orderly, and uniform enforcement of the Resolution and to provide sufficient time for information dissemination, public awareness, and the necessary preparations on the part of the commuting public, trimobile-for-hire operators, drivers, and other concerned stakeholders.

Accordingly, all concerned are advised to make the necessary adjustments in anticipation of its implementation.

The corresponding Fare Matrix for each TODA shall be released and posted separately. The public is encouraged to stay tuned for further announcements and updates.

This notice is issued for the information, guidance, and compliance of all concerned.

The RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND SETTING THE UPDATED PROVISIONAL FARE MATRIX FOR TRIMOBILES-FOR-HIRE OPERATING WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF IRIGA CITY, PRESCRIBING A BASE FARE OF EIGHTEEN PESOS (PHP18.00) FOR THE FIRST TWO (2) KILOMETERS AND AN ADDITIONAL FARE OF THREE PESOS (PHP3.00) FOR EVERY SUCCEEDING KILOMETER THEREAFTER, AND FOR THIS PURPOSE REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2026-317, ENTITLED “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADJUSTMENT OF TRIMOBILE-FOR-HIRE FARES BASED ON EXISTING FUEL PRICES AND PROVIDING FOR A PROVISIONAL FARE MATRIX WITH A BASE FARE OF TWENTY-TWO PESOS (PHP22.00) FOR THE FIRST TWO (2) KILOMETERS AND AN ADDITIONAL FARE OF FOUR PESOS (PHP4.00) FOR EVERY SUCCEEDING KILOMETER THEREAFTER FOR TRIMOBILES-FOR-HIRE IN THE CITY OF IRIGA,” is now passed.

The Sangguniang Panlungsod of Iriga City convened in a Special Session on June 5, 2026, presided over by Hon. Vice Mayor Edsel S. Dimaiwat, to deliberate on the proposed ordinance prescribing a standardized fare matrix based on prevailing fuel prices for all motorized trimobiles-for-hire in the City of Iriga.

This legislative measure aims to establish a fair, transparent, and responsive fare system that balances the welfare of both commuters and transport operators while ensuring that public transportation services remain accessible and sustainable.

Through meaningful discussions and careful consideration of the concerns of stakeholders, the Sangguniang Panlungsod remains committed to crafting policies that promote public welfare and support the continued progress of our city.

As we began the first week of June, the Sangguniang Panlungsod of Iriga City conducted a series of public hearings, committee hearings, and legislative activities dedicated to addressing matters that impact our community.

Behind every agenda item was the goal of creating better opportunities, improving public services, and ensuring that the voices of our constituents were heard.

It was a productive week of meaningful discussions, collaboration, and public service as we continued working for the welfare and progress of the people of Iriga City.
