Examinees for the 10 August 2025 CSE-PPT held in the Cordillera Administrative Region may now check their examinee numbers in their respective OCSEAS accounts. Kindly log in to https://ocseas.csc.gov.ph/rocar/ and navigate to the Examination Details page.

If you can’t access your accounts, you may click the forgot password link on the login page to have your temporary password sent to your registered email address, or you may request your examinee number by sending a scanned copy of your valid ID and Type of Examination to [email protected]

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) reminded government employees to uphold political neutrality and avoid engaging in partisan political activities ahead of the May 2025 elections.
Under Joint Commission on Elections (COMELEC) -CSC Advisory on Electioneering and Partisan Political Activities (Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2016), government employees are strictly prohibited from:

• Forming groups, associations, or committees to solicit votes or campaign for/against a candidate;
• Holding political rallies, caucuses, meetings, or parades for election campaigning;
• Making speeches, announcements, or media commentaries to support or oppose a candidate;
• Publishing, distributing, or displaying campaign materials promoting or opposing a candidate;
• Directly or indirectly soliciting votes, pledges, or support for a candidate or party;
• Using government resources—such as time, personnel, facilities, and equipment—for political purposes;
• Providing financial or material contributions to candidates or political parties;
• Wearing campaign-related shirts, pins, caps, or accessories, unless authorized by the COMELEC; and
• Serving as a watcher for a political party or candidate during the election.

Examinees for the March 2, 2025 Career Service Examination- Paper and Pencil Test (CSE-PPT) you may check your school and room assignmnet at: https://erpo.csc.gov.ph/eNOSAv3/

Please be informed that the refund of the Php 500.00 examination fee for the cancelled 15 March 2020 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) shall be until 14 March 2025 only.

Registered examinees of the cancelled CSE-PPT may still request refund at any of the following CSC CAR offices:

CSC Regional Office – 116 Wagner Road, Military Cutoff, Baguio City
CSC FO-Baguio City, Guisad Central, Ferguson Road, Baguio City
CSC FO-Benguet – Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet
CSC FO-Abra – Bgy. Calaba, Bangued, Abra
CSC FO-Mt. Prov. – Caluttit, Bontoc, Mountain Province
CSC FO-Ifugao – DEPED Compound, Lagawe, Ifugao
CSC FO-Kalinga – Hilltop, Bulanao, Tabuk City
CSC FO-Apayao – Bgy. San Gregorio, Luna, Apayao

The Refundee shall submit his/her accomplished request for refund form and a photocopy of any valid government-issued ID. The original of the valid ID shall be presented.
