سچ تو یہ ہے کہ ہم اس وقت ملکی تاریخ کے سب سے بڑے قرضوں کے بوجھ تلے دبے ہوئے ہیں اور آج تک اسی کے بھیانک نتائج بھگت رہے ہیں۔ایک طرف ہم اس اندرونی دلدل سے نکلنے کی کوشش میں ہیں، تو دوسری طرف علاقائی کشیدگی کے باعث بیرونی دباؤ کا بھی سامنا ہے۔یہی وجہ ہے کہ ہمارا ترقیاتی بجٹ سال بہ سال مسلسل کم ہوتا جا رہا ہے۔
