Ashwin Makhija, Civil Engineer from Khairpur Mirs and graduate of NED University Karachi, stood 2nd in PMS Sindh (1st in Sindh Rural) and 1st in the Irrigation Engineering Commission (SPSC). He has served as AXEN Irrigation, Appraising Officer in FBR, and is currently a PMS Officer under training (8th CSTP, Karachi).
He has also qualified for the post AXEN at Sukkur IBA, qualified AD (MOD) and appeared for interview, and was recommended for Customs Inspector & FIA Inspector. Internationally, he represented Pakistan at the 2019 World Youth Forum in Egypt, receiving global recognition.

As part of the 8th Civil Services Training Program (CSTP), I attended a workshop on Provincial-Level Multi-Hazard Emergency Response Simulation Exercise. Organized by NDMA, it was a valuable learning experience in disaster management and preparedness. fans

Ashwani Makhija, a civil engineer from Khairpur Mirs, currently serves as Section Officer in the Energy Department, Government of Sindh. A top achiever in the PMS exam (2nd in Sindh, 1st in Sindh Rural), he is undergoing training under the 8th Civil Service Training Program (CSTP) at the TMR Wing, SGA&CD, Karachi.
He has represented Pakistan at the 2019 World Youth Forum in Egypt and is an international awardee. His prior roles include AXEN in the Irrigation Department, where he topped Sindh and served for two years, and Appraising Officer in FBR. Ashwani’s journey reflects dedication, excellence, and a strong commitment to public service and Sindh’s development.
