In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The Afghan Solidarity Cultural Center
City of Aarhus, Denmark
Resolution
28 March 2026
On the mentioned date, a protest gathering was held in the city of Aarhus, Denmark, organized by the Afghan Unity and Solidarity Cultural Center, regarding the recent airstrikes carried out on the territory of Afghanistan by the Punjabi-dominated mercenary forces of Pakistan. These attacks constitute a clear violation of international laws and norms and an evident act of aggression against Afghan territory. As a result of these bombings, hundreds of innocent civilians—including women, children, and the elderly—were martyred, and many others were injured.
The gathering commenced with the recitation of several verses from the Holy Qur’an. The participants strongly condemned, in the harshest terms, the brutal and unjustified bombardment carried out by the hired military forces of Punjab and their corrupt authorities on the sacred soil of Afghanistan, as well as the massacre of innocent and oppressed civilians. They also expressed their intense hatred and condemnation of these actions.
Considering the need to prevent the recurrence of such inhumane and un-Islamic acts by Pakistan, and in light of the ongoing regional tensions, the participants called upon the relevant authorities and the international community to give serious attention to the following points:
1. It is well known that Pakistan, as a long-standing adversary of Afghanistan, has never accepted the existence of a strong, politically and security-wise stable Afghan state. Since its establishment, it has continuously engaged in conspiracies, false propaganda, and unlawful actions against Afghanistan.
2. The claim by Pakistan’s military that Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) maintains camps inside Afghanistan is entirely baseless. To date, none of Pakistan’s airstrikes in Afghanistan have resulted in the killing of any TTP leader or even a single member. Nor have Pakistani authorities presented any credible evidence of the presence of TTP leaders or camps in Afghanistan. This clearly demonstrates the falsity of their claims and pretexts.
3. At present, Pakistan is facing severe economic, political, and security crises, which its authorities are unable to resolve. In order to divert public attention from their internal failures and incompetence, they use the alleged presence of TTP in Afghanistan as a pretext to bomb Afghan civilians, resulting in the martyrdom of innocent people.
4. The participants called upon the United Nations, international human rights organizations, the International Criminal Court, the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Government of Denmark, and other peace-loving countries and organizations to seriously investigate the killing of more than 400 civilians—including patients at a drug rehabilitation hospital—and the injury of hundreds more due to Pakistan’s bombardment in Afghanistan. They further demanded that those responsible be prosecuted and punished, and that the Government of Pakistan provide compensation to the families of the victims.
5. The participants urged the international community, global organizations, and the United Nations to pay close attention to the fact that Afghanistan is currently deprived of representation on the international stage, while Pakistan spreads baseless propaganda against Afghanistan without any evidence. Such claims must be thoroughly investigated and not accepted without verification.
6. In conclusion, the participants strongly urged the current authorities in Afghanistan to strive for international engagement and legitimacy, which is a demand of all Afghans. They called for the prompt convening of a Loya Jirga to obtain internal legitimacy. Through this process, practical steps should be taken—within the framework of Islamic principles—to address current challenges, including tensions with Pakistan, reopening girls’ schools and universities, removing unnecessary restrictions on women, and incorporating qualified, patriotic professionals into the government and state institutions, as well as addressing other pressing issues of the time.
And success is from Allah.
