Annual production reaches 75 Kilo Tons Per Annum to support advanced industrial applications.

During Saudi Environment Week, Eng. Fahad Al-Therwi, Vice President of Engineering & Support, inaugurated Petro Rabigh’s 2026 mangrove plantation initiative, marking the start of planting 30,000 mangrove seedlings at Khor Alkharar as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and coastal resilience.

With the completion of the current phase in the coming weeks, Petro Rabigh is expected to reach nearly 100,000 mangrove saplings planted since 2022, reflecting its growing contribution to biodiversity protection, shoreline resilience, and natural carbon sequestration.

أوصى مجلس إدارة شركة بترو رابغ بتخفيض رأس مال الشركة عبر تعديل القيمة الاسمية للأسهم العادية من الفئة (أ)، وذلك ضمن المرحلة النهائية من خطة إعادة هيكلة رأس المال، بهدف خفض الخسائر المتراكمة وتعزيز المركز المالي للشركة ودعم متانتها المالية

Petro Rabigh’s Board of Directors has recommended a capital reduction through nominal value reduction of Class (A) ordinary shares, as part of the final phase of the capital restructuring plan. This measure aims to reduce accumulated losses, strengthen the company’s financial position, and enhance its financial resilience.
