Yesterday, our Chief of Navy RADM Sean Wat and the Commander of The Belgian Navy’s RADM Tanguy Botman signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to enhance cooperation in Mine-Countermeasure (MCM) and unmanned development via VTC. This LOI will facilitate the strengthening of bilateral ties and expand cooperation between our Navies.

Earlier this month, our Navy came together for the RSN Safety Seminar at RSS Singapura - Changi Naval Base.
Participants reflected on the RSN's safety journey and explored ways to further strengthen our safety culture.
Head Naval Inspectorate (HNIS) SLTC Ting Teck Beng, along with key speakers from the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) and Temasek Polytechnic, shared valuable insights and practical initiatives to strengthen safety mindsets and standards within our units while ensuring realistic training.
Chief of Navy RADM Sean Wat and Master Chief Navy SWO Seck Wai Kong also joined HNIS in a panel discussion with the participants.
We will continue our efforts to strengthen the safety culture in the RSN!

Congratulations to our newly commissioned Naval Officers from the 107th MIDS!
Their parade marked the completion of 38 weeks of rigorous training, where our Midshipmen honed their vocational skills, leadership, and planning abilities. Their batch motto, , reminds them of the trials and familial bonds forged on their journey.

The past few months have put our learners from the 12th Naval Specialisation Officers’ Course (NSOC) through their paces.
They progressed from classroom lessons to realistic practical sessions at the simulators, and culminating in a series of assessments. Having successfully completed the course, they will now take on their next appointment as Assistant Operations Officers (AOPS).

BZ to the graduating class of the 66th Naval Warfare Officer's Course (NWOC)!
After weeks of classroom lessons and practical sessions to sharpen their tactical decision-making and warfighting skills, the learners of the 66th NWOC have successfully completed their training to become the Navy’s newest batch of Principal Warfare Officers (PWOs).
