THE RESULTS ARE IN: WE’RE WORLD CHAMPIONS!
We are proud to announce that Great Lakes Cheese was recognized with three prestigious awards at this year’s World Cheese Championship. We are absolutely thrilled to share that we took home:

GOLD: Whey Protein Concentrate 80 (WPC-80)
SILVER: Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella String Cheese
SILVER: Shredded Cheese Blend

Your responses will be confidential and are extremely important in allowing us to apply for grants and low interest loans for future projects. It takes less than five minutes to answer the questions . Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!! My hope is for everyone to be safe, healthy and be able to spend time with family and friends. May the Joy of the Season be experienced by all .

Just a Reminder, parking on the streets prohibits Village crews from effectively clearing snow . Also if you have a sidewalk in front of your house they are supposed to be cleared of snow by 9:00am. Thank You ..

I just want to say thank you to everyone who came out yesterday for the Elves Workshop and stayed around for our parade last night here in Adams. It was great to see so many families, friends, and neighbors out enjoying the holiday spirit together.

A big thank you to the Adams Revitalization Committee, the Sixth Town Chamber of Commerce, and all the sponsors and volunteers who make events like this possible. These events also wouldn’t happen without the great work of our DPW and Police Department, who help keep everyone safe and our village looking festive.
