The Cobb County Tax Commissioner’s Office is pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 Cobb County Property Tax Estimator, coinciding with the mailing of the 2026 Notices of Assessment by the Cobb County Tax Assessors Office.
The enhanced online tool allows taxpayers to receive an estimated 2026 property tax bill amount based on the property’s current assessed value and the 2025 adopted millage rates. Designed to be simple and user-friendly, taxpayers can search by parcel ID, property address, or owner name with no additional information required.

All self-service tag kiosks will be down for scheduled maintenance Sunday, May 24 beginning at 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. During this time, kiosk services will be unavailable. The kiosks will return to service when the maintenance is completed. Thanks for your patience.

You may qualify for an emissions exemption!
Seniors 65+ can apply if their vehicle meets both of these requirements:
• The vehicle is 10 model years old or older
• It is driven fewer than 5,000 miles per year
You may apply for this exemption either through Georgia’s Clean Air Force online form or through one of our local tag offices!
