Socializing can be meaningful and enjoyable, but it can also take a lot of energy.
If you've been feeling overstimulated, drained, or in need of some quiet time, that's okay. Taking time to recharge isn't avoiding others, it's caring for yourself.
Here are a few gentle reminders to help you reconnect with your energy and save this post for the next time you need a moment of peace. 💚

Burnout doesn't always look like hitting a breaking point.
As summer gets underway, it's easy to overlook the signs when your days are filled with activities, travel, and responsibilities.
Sometimes it's feeling tired no matter how much you sleep, losing motivation, feeling overwhelmed by small tasks, or finding it harder to enjoy the things you normally love.
Burnout rarely arrives loudly. More often, it enters through ignored exhaustion.
Checking in with yourself isn't selfish, it's essential. Recognizing the signs early can help protect your well-being before burnout takes hold. 💚

Summer is here and so is a season full of activities, travel, and packed calendars.
As you make plans for everyone else, don't forget to make space for yourself, too.
Rest is productive. Energy grows when you protect it. ☀️💚

Thank you to our community leaders for your commitment to advocacy, education, and creating positive change that promotes mental wellness for all.
