Banding together for better care. 🌈
More than 200 OhioHealth associates proudly participated in this weekend’s Stonewall Columbus Pride March & Festival, celebrating inclusion and the power of community. This year’s celebration also marked the debut of the OhioHealth GLAMbulance, a colorful symbol of the compassion and inclusivity we strive to bring to every interaction, and a reminder of the values that guide us.
Together, we’re committed to creating an environment where every patient, associate and community member feels welcomed and valued.

From one generation to the next, the lessons, support and love of a father can leave a lasting legacy.
Today, we're celebrating the dads and father figures who have helped shape our associates' lives and those who are now creating those memories with their own children.
Happy Father's Day from OhioHealth. 💙

This Juneteenth, we join together to honor the end of slavery in the United States and reflect on the meaning of freedom today.
At OhioHealth, we remain committed to fostering a culture where diversity is valued, every voice is heard, and every person is treated with dignity and respect.
Today is both a time of reflection and a reminder of our ongoing responsibility to recognize the contributions of Black individuals throughout history and today, and to continue confronting racism and advancing equity in all its forms.

If a habit feels too hard, it’s probably too big.
Micro habits — small, simple actions — make it easier to start and stay consistent over time.
Here’s why they work:
✅ They’re easy to start.
✅ They fit into your existing routine.
✅ They build consistency, not pressure.
Start small. Keep it simple. Repeat it often.
Learn more about micro habits and how they can help you create lasting change.

This National Men’s Health Week, one statistic that deserves our attention: men are half as likely as women to see a doctor. 😯👨🏽⚕️
Why DO men avoid talking to their healthcare providers? Fear, avoidance, stigma and concerns about losing their independence to a diagnosis all work together to prevent men from going to their regular checkups.
Families and close friends play a critical role in getting care started, and how you approach these concerns matters. It’s important to lead with empathy, encourage small steps and reinforce that going to checkups is about staying healthy, not just responding to problems.
Read more about why men avoid seeking healthcare, and how you can start the conversation with them about their healthcare habits on the blog. https://ohlth.co/4uySrlj

It was a red-carpet-worthy celebration for more than 2,015 OhioHealth associates!
Last night, we honored associates with 20+ years of service during our biannual Shopping Trip event at the Columbus Zoo. Honorees and their guests enjoyed animal encounters, live music, great food, shopping and plenty of opportunities to celebrate this special milestone.
These dedicated team members have spent decades caring for our patients, supporting one another and making a difference in the communities we serve. The Shopping Trip is just one small way we show our gratitude for their commitment and contributions.
Please join us in congratulating these remarkable associates on their years of service and impact across OhioHealth! 👏
