It may be the summer, but there were still plenty of outstanding accomplishments to honor at last night's meeting!

-New Arnold Middle School Principal Jillian Williams and Lieder Elementary School Principal Tayaka Daniels were introduced.
-Sgt. Guilibaldo Romero was honored for his service and dedication to safety at Cypress Woods High School.
-Houston Methodist was recognized for being an outstanding business partner of CFISD.
-All 10 Track medalists and their coaches were celebrated for their incredible accomplishments.

CFISD Board of Trustees adopts 2026-27 budget June 22, 2026—The Cypress-Fairbanks ISD Board of Trustees adopted the 2026-27 budget in the amount of $1,246,972,629 during its regularly scheduled Board meeting on June 22.

CFISD wrapped up its sixth annual Chinese Camp today!

More than 100 students learned Mandarin Chinese and all about Chinese culture over the past three weeks.

This afternoon, they showed off all they had learned to their parents and guardians, performing traditional Chinese dances and demonstrating their knowledge of the Mandarin language!

As part of the program, CFISD offers Mandarin Chinese courses at select middle schools for interested students!
