Hello my name is Bailey smith I’m family of former officer Frederick Ferguson on December 17 2024 unfortunately he passed in a car wreck. We are trying to plan his memorial and have been having a hard time finding photos of him or any of his awards. I was referred to this group by another officer in hopes of finding any photos of him! Please contact me back if you are able to help! Have a blessed day.

We need your help- this glass sign used to be in the Traffic/Patrol Sector around 13th Street and Cherry , downtown Ft. Worth. The building was torn down years ago to make way for apartments. The sign was rescued and donated to the FWPHA and now hangs in the new police academy. The words were stenciled and hand painted onto the glass. If anyone has any stories or photos in its original home, please share them with us!

The Cato Hightower limestone rock and plaque, that once stood for years at the old Fire and Police Academy on Calvert, is now relocated to the Bob Bolen Complex, home of the new Police and Fire Academies.
The flag pole that once stood beside it will soon be placed with the stone, so the new Academy classes can continue the tradition of raising and lowering the flag each day.
These efforts are a part of the mission of the
