Please note that the Harris County Tax Office will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. We will resume regular business hours on Monday, June 22. In the meantime, you can continue to access our services 24/7 at hctax.net.

Assessor Ramirez was honored to celebrate the swearing in of our new County Attorney, Abbie Kamin—the first woman to hold this office in the history of Harris County.

We look forward to continuing our work alongside Attorney Kamin to serve the people of Harris County. Congratulations, County Attorney Kamin!

In honor of Memorial Day, the Harris County Tax Office will be closed on Monday, May 25, as we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation.

We will reopen for regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26.
