It took me too many years to learn these few important facts:
1. Constant exhaustion is not normal 🥱
2. Your loved ones want you present 🤗
3. Be your authentic self - always ✨
4. Boundaries are beneficial, not selfish. đźš«
5. You are priority, and self care is not optional.

Today we honor the brave men and women who gave everything for others.
Their sacrifice is the reason we stand free.
Their courage will never be forgotten.
Forever remembered. Forever honored. ❤️

Strong women carry a lot in silence. 🤍
According to the National Library of Medicine, the majority of first responders facing mental health challenges never seek support, and nearly 30% of female first responders have struggled with mental health.
Because we are used to being
The strong one.
The helper.
The protector.
But even the strongest women deserve support too.
Beautiful. Brave. Resilient. also means giving yourself permission to heal. ✨

“Next to creating life, the finest thing a person can do is save one.” — Abraham Lincoln
For female first responders, that hits differently.
Many of us spend our lives caring for others both on and off duty.
We are mothers, daughters, wives, partners, sisters, and friends… while also being the ones people call on their worst day.
We know what it means to create life, nurture life, protect life… and sometimes, save it.
There is something incredibly powerful about women who can hold a child with tenderness and still stand strong in chaos when someone needs them most.
That balance is what makes female first responders so extraordinary.
