The MacArthur Park DEA/LAPD Task Force had another successful operation today in and around the park. The operation resulted in the seizure of thousands of illegal narcotics pills and over ten thousand dollars in U.S. currency. It also resulted in 3 felony narcotics sales arrests, 4 warrant arrests, and 5 misdemeanor quality of life violations in the park.

LAPD and DEA will continue the operations to make MacArthur Park safe for the community. Many thanks to our Officers and Agents who assisted. Also, many thanks to our City partners who help clean up after. 🏰🏰

To all our fellow law enforcement officers out there- wear your vest. You have people at home that depend on you and need you to make it home every night. Sending love to our brother that was struck by gunfire yesterday. Your brothers and sisters from the Castle are thankful you are well. 🏰🏰
