🍎 Important CalFresh update for adults receiving food benefits.

Starting June 1, 2026, some adults ages 18–64 who receive CalFresh may need to meet certain work requirements to continue receiving benefits for more than 3 months within a 36-month period, unless they qualify for an exemption.

If you currently receive CalFresh β€” or plan to apply β€” it’s important to understand these upcoming changes and whether they may affect you.
