Designed to take full advantage of its Hollywood Hills setting, this residence creates a seamless connection between architecture, landscape, and the expansive views beyond. A linear arrangement of spaces allows every major room to engage with the garden, terrace, and horizon, bringing natural light deep into the home.

A defining feature of the project is the 110-foot electronically operable multi-slide glass wall, allowing the main level to open almost entirely to the outdoors. The result is a continuous living environment where interior spaces flow effortlessly to the infinity-edge pool, terrace, and surrounding landscape.

Arrival unfolds as a carefully choreographed sequence, beginning with a water garden at the entry before revealing the dramatic views beyond. Public living spaces occupy the main level for direct access to the outdoor amenities, while the upper floor is dedicated to private bedroom suites and more intimate retreats.

Nestled into the rugged mountainside of Whistler, this residence was designed to respond to both its dramatic setting and the demands of a four-season climate. Built into a steep, rocky site at the base of the ski slopes, the home balances contemporary architecture with materials and textures inspired by the surrounding landscape.

Stone-clad exteriors, rough-hewn site walls, and warm natural finishes create a dialogue between the architecture and the mountain terrain. Inside, oak, walnut, basalt, and Carrara marble work together to provide a sense of warmth and shelter, particularly during the snowy winter months.

Organized across three levels, the home was designed to accommodate gatherings of family and friends while maintaining a strong connection to its surroundings. Expansive living spaces open toward views of the landscape, while outdoor amenities—including a pool and spa—allow the home to be enjoyed throughout the year.

Situated above Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, this residence is organized across three levels, with private bedrooms occupying the upper floor, primary living spaces on the main level, and entertainment-focused spaces below. The design is centered around views, outdoor living, and a strong connection between the interior and exterior spaces.

Approached from a wide, steep driveway, marble entry steps wrap around a water feature, leading to the home’s entry. Beyond, the living room opens on both sides and extends across the water feature, which continues through the site toward the pool. The main level includes a double-height living space, dining area, office, and kitchen/family room, each connected directly to the pool terrace and views beyond.

A defining element of the residence is its pair of stacked pools. The upper pool features a glass bottom that introduces natural light to a lower-level pool below, which is surrounded by greenery for privacy. Together, the pools establish a visual connection between the home’s primary public spaces across multiple levels.

The lower level includes a game room, media room, wine room, bar, gym, and wellness area, creating a series of spaces organized around gathering, recreation, and relaxation

Perched on a multilevel lot overlooking Beverly Hills and the greater Los Angeles basin, this residence responds directly to its site and draws from principles of California modernism. The design is organized around landscape, light, and views, with a focus on simple forms and a restrained material palette.

Arrival is via a steep driveway leading to a drive court, followed by a limestone stair that rises to the glass entry foyer. A skylit stairwell connects levels and establishes visual continuity through the home, linking the primary living spaces with the surrounding landscape.

The main living and dining areas open on both sides to exterior spaces, extending the interior to a covered patio, outdoor kitchen, and pool. The kitchen and family room sit adjacent, providing a more enclosed living environment within the open plan.

A walnut and limestone stair leads to the lower level, organized around a sunken courtyard that introduces natural light. Bedrooms, entertainment spaces, a library, media room, gym, service kitchen, and staff quarters are arranged around this central space. The material palette of travertine, limestone, oak, natural stone, dark woods, and metal detailing continues throughout, integrated with planting and landscape elements.

Inspired by Southern California’s temperate climate and expansive city views, this 14,000-square-foot residence was designed with a strong relationship between indoor and outdoor living. Set on a narrow hillside lot, the home is organized around a grand hallway that acts as the spine of the design, connecting the primary spaces while allowing for high ceilings, abundant natural light, and oversized openings that extend living areas into surrounding patios and gardens.

Gray striated marble walls emphasize the length of the central corridor, while a material palette of gray and cream stone, metals, and glass establishes a consistent language of transparency, light, and warmth throughout the home. Multiple indoor and outdoor water features further reinforce this connection between architecture and landscape.

Approached through an expansive planted circular motor court, the residence unfolds across multiple levels with living, dining, library, media, and gathering spaces below, while bedrooms, guest accommodations, wellness spaces, and private areas occupy the upper floor. At the center of the circulation space, a crisp white spiral staircase treaded in charcoal-toned wood rises through its own dedicated volume, connecting the levels above.

Outdoor spaces were carefully integrated throughout the site, including terraces, gardens, lawn areas, wooden decks, and a lap pool with an integrated fire feature. Elevated outdoor areas and terraced gardens respond to the constraints of the hillside site while creating a series of spaces oriented toward the surrounding city views.

Located on a steep site at the end of a private street in West Hollywood, this residence was designed around openness, connection, and movement through space.

Bridges span across a multi-level light well and water feature, guiding the experience from entry through living spaces that open toward expansive views of Los Angeles and the Pacific beyond. Large lifting glass walls extend interior spaces outward, creating a seamless relationship between architecture, landscape, and sky.

A palette of basalt, limestone, marble, granite, and exposed steel introduces texture and contrast throughout the home, balancing industrial detailing with warmth and light.

Set on a Trousdale lot with expansive city and ocean views beyond, this residence is shaped by a material palette of white marble and silver detailing. A restricted entry from the cul-de-sac opens into an intimate motor court with a water feature before leading to a stone entry sequence that reveals views to the lower level below.

With limited space for program on the main level while preserving outdoor living areas, sliding glass walls create a direct connection between the interior spaces, rear yard, and pool beyond. Positioned above the city, the home takes advantage of its elevated setting with views extending from the primary living spaces throughout.

Inside, marble walls frame a glazed courtyard containing a water feature and a dramatic tree, bringing light and landscape deep into the home. Surrounding the courtyard, spaces are arranged to take advantage of these moments across both levels, with areas for entertaining, gathering, and retreat integrated throughout the residence.

The primary suite is positioned toward the end of the view corridor to enhance privacy, while the surrounding living spaces remain oriented toward the wraparound views beyond.

Designed for a member of the Royal household, the brief called for something far beyond a conventional residence. A home that could accommodate both modern and traditional cultural life, formal entertaining on a grand scale, and a family’s most private moments, all within a single composition.

The concept began with the roof. A floating metal canopy spanning the site, anchored by two stone towers, with a glazed gallery connecting all four levels and an operable metal screen sheltering it from the desert sun. Below it, the program unfolds: ceremonial entry, deep covered terraces, a glass dining room floating in a pool of water, a wellness facility that rivals the finest in the world, gardens laid out with destinations and moments of rest in mind, a sculptural house of poetry on its own small pond.
The house is oriented north to protect from the harsh sun and open to the Dubai skyline beyond. At 120,000 square feet under roof, it is the largest project we have ever undertaken, and perhaps our most complete.

The palette throughout is quiet luxury: elegant stone, refined metal, timeless wood. Every material chosen to endure. Every space designed with purpose.

Positioned on a constrained hillside site with sweeping views east toward the San Gabriel Mountains, as well as unique sightlines to the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Observatory, this home was designed to balance privacy, light, and connection to the landscape. With limited buildable areas and planning restrictions shaping the footprint, much of the program was placed below grade, allowing the primary living spaces to occupy the upper level while creating dedicated spaces below for gathering, recreation, and everyday living.

A landscaped courtyard carved into the heart of the home creates daylight and openness throughout the lower level while establishing a visual connection between floors through a bridged entry sequence aligned toward the Hollywood Sign in the distance. A series of stone walls separate the residence from the street, revealing only a narrow opening aligned with the entry bridge beyond. Passing through a metal gate and alongside a tall water wall overlooking the courtyard below, the arrival sequence gradually opens into living spaces oriented toward the pool, surrounding gardens, and hillside landscape beyond.

Natural stone, soft wood tones, and black steel detailing shape a warm material palette throughout, while sliding glass walls, landscaped courtyards, and carefully framed openings create a seamless relationship between the architecture and its surrounding garden spaces.
