On Friday night we joined Light of Love and local faith-based outreach teams for a powerful time of worship and prayer for Seattle’s commercial s*x industry. We prayed for those impacted and our city as we prepare for increased risks during the World Cup.

We can all do our part in the fight against human trafficking and prayer is one powerful way to stand in the fight.

Payton Alford has been interning with Beautiful Fight, and it’s been such a joy watching her grow this season. From packing outreach gifts to showing up at events, she served with a willing heart and a genuine passion to be part of the fight against human trafficking.

We love creating opportunities for youth to step into this fight, hoping to inspire them to take what’s in their hands and use it to make a difference—and Payton did exactly that.

I’m so grateful for her heart to serve and the impact she’s made in such a short time.

Large global events can increase vulnerability due to crowds, demand, and movement. We believe the power of prayer shifts atmospheres. 🤍
