🏗️ Did You Know?

Creating a Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) is a structured public process designed to address areas impacted by slum and blight conditions while paving the way for revitalization and economic growth.

The process begins with a public meeting and the adoption of a “Finding of Necessity,” which formally identifies redevelopment needs within a proposed area and establishes its geographic boundaries.

This important first step helps lay the foundation for strategic investment, neighborhood improvement, business development, and long-term community transformation.

At the North Miami CRA, redevelopment is about creating opportunities, improving quality of life, and building a stronger future for residents and businesses alike.
