If rights are just social constructs, then a democracy that votes to strip a minority group of their rights hasn't committed a philosophical error; they have just changed the rules of the game.

Under an anti-realist worldview, There is no objective baseline to say the majority is "wrong." You can only say you dislike their preference. Morality becomes a matter of fashion or political taste.

Natural rights pragmatism argues that this anti-realist/legal positivist framework is a luxury for out of touch academics and a death sentence for the vulnerable. The weak cannot afford to treat their survival as a social construct decided by the collective assent.

Intelligent people do not reject fundamental reality or appeal to arbitrary legal hypocrisy. Self described wokeism in layman's terms means you outsourced your ability to critically think in exchange for a fragile sense of moral superiority.

Smart people love being woke

Biology first, rights attach at conception, state doesn’t get to play God with personhood.

Peddling digital poison: Some pro abortion loyalists will die on the hill that a unique human with its own complete genome isn’t “really” human until the state waves its magic wand at birth.
That’s not autonomy.
That’s not science.
That’s just dehumanization with marketing. Human rights aren’t optional based on location or convenience.

All human beings deserve the same human rights protections from conception, onward. The actual law (18 U.S.C. § 1841) already calls the unborn a separate victim worthy of homicide charges… except when mom consents.
That consent exemption is the largest selective denial of rights happening today. Equal application isn’t optional. It’s the baseline.
