The U.S. House has officially passed HR 2616, a federal education bill that would prohibit federally funded schools from promoting or requiring instruction related to what the bill defines as “gender ideology” for minors. It also strengthens parental notification and transparency requirements when schools address gender‑identity issues with students.🎒

The bill now heads to the U.S. Senate, where the next vote will determine whether these protections move forward.➡️
