On April 6, 2006, the National Homeowners Advocate Group, LLC was created to help homeowners living in planned communities across the United States. We have received calls, texts, letters, emails from homeowners in distress from all over the United States, and beyond. We have been able with God's Divine Help to assist many.
It is with great regret that we have made the decision to permanently close this Group effective November 30, 2025 and will be removing its presence from Facebook in about a week.
We are no longer attracting our key audience to this group and wanted to ask people and thank those who trusted our services and we were able to help to not give up if you are continuing to have HOA issues. Together with other owners in your community is the best way to fight back 'together" and work to remove foreclosure language off your covenants "together:. Please read and know what you are getting yourselves and your family into by "reading: the CC&R's (deed restrictions) before you purchase or rent any property because only "we the people" can make the changes. Remember you are the boss--not the elected board members, or their agents. Also, don't waste your money and time suing because the HOA attorneys have bought judges in the system and you may end up in the court of one of them and they will not let you win whether you are pro se, pro bono, or lawyered up. It will take a village to win. Work together and know who you are dealing with. Knowledge is power. God's blessings to all of you and we wish you much success. /s/ The National Homeowners Advocate Group, LLC family
