We’d like to share an important update regarding our community’s property management. As of February 1st, Asocia Hill Country will no longer be managing our property.
The HOA Board has contracted RealManage to serve as our new property management company. RealManage brings extensive experience in community management, and we look forward to working with them moving forward.

Associa has attached a copy of the Board of Directors meeting minutes June 21, 2022 . Once approved, they will be posted on TownSQ for homeowner viewing and placed in the corporate record book.

IV. Treasurer’s Report
It is board policy to review the reconciled financial statements at least once per quarter. Associa has prepared and attached the August financial statement for your review and acceptance by the president on behalf of the board.
