History will ask whether we were faithful with what we inherited.
The mission of The American Council is not to win arguments. It is to help build a generation that can think clearly, lead courageously, and serve faithfully.
We believe strong societies require more than policies. They require people of character. Men and women who can discern truth from noise.
We are building faithfully citizens, courageous leaders, and a stronger America.

For Christians in public office, there is an important question to be asked. Not, “Are you winning?” Not, “Are you polling well?” Not just, “Are you raising money and building influence?” As you lead, speak, and campaign, as you fight for what you believe to be right, do you look more like Christ while doing it?

Ragebaiting in political discourse is just a clever way to grow. It's not productive. It's not fruitful. It's not helpful.

In the Gospel of John, Jesus said, "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."
Today, we honor the sacrificial love of more than 1.1 million Americans who gave their lives in service to this nation. We will always remember and honor you, dear soldier. Thank you.
We pray for the families and community who were victims of the tragic evil in San Diego. 💔

“That we may, with united hearts, confess and bewail our manifold sins and transgressions… humbly imploring his assistance to frustrate the cruel purposes of our unnatural enemies.”
Amen! 🙏🏽

A glimmer of common ground on Capitol Hill. Every senator, Republican and Democrat, backed Sen. John Kennedy's (R-La.) resolution Thursday to pause their own pay during shutdowns until the government reopens.

Finishing our American Council delegation to our nation’s capital… and at every turn, the evidence is undeniable.
From “Laus Deo” inscribed atop the Washington Monument, to the Scripture etched in marble across our memorials, to the prayers that consecrated this republic at its founding, the Christian story is not a footnote in American history. It is the foundation.
This week, supporters walked where pastors preached liberty, stood where presidents knelt, and seen with their own eyes that America was built on the conviction that our rights come from God Himself, not from government.
What we’ve witnessed these past few days is a heritage worth remembering and a vision worth fighting for.
Through private tours of the White House and the Capitol, sit-downs with elected leaders, and visits to the Pentagon, the Speaker’s Balcony, and the Museum of the Bible, what we’ve witnessed these past few days is a heritage worth remembering and a vision worth fighting for.
Grateful for the friends and partners standing with us in this mission. 🇺🇸✝️

God is awakening the Church and raising up leaders!
While in Washington, D.C., I had the honor of meeting with Texas State Representative Nate Schatzline, a bold voice for faith, freedom, and public leadership.
Nate serves with the National Faith Advisory Board and leads For Liberty & Justice, and our conversation left me stirred with vision for what God is opening up next.
Some exciting things are launching at The American Council and For Liberty & Justice that will impact the nation.
Stay tuned. 🙏🔥
